These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of The Home of Bridal platform (“we”, “us”, “our”, “The Home of Bridal”). By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Professional Use & Business Eligibility
The Home of Bridal is intended for bridal industry professionals only, including bridal hair artists, makeup artists, and related professionals. By creating an account, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• You are a professional operating in the bridal industry
• You are creating the account and purchasing tutorials or resources for business or professional use only, not personal, non-commercial use
• Outside the UK, you are responsible for complying with any local tax obligations, including VAT, GST, or similar taxes
Confirmation at sign-up: You must tick a box during registration confirming that you are signing up and purchasing on behalf of a business or professional entity. Failure to do so may result in restricted access or cancellation of your account and purchases.
3. Account Registration & Login Security
To access purchased content, you must create a personal account. You agree to:
• Keep your login details secure
• Not share your account or login credentials with anyone
• Not allow multiple people to use a single account
Important: Accounts found to be shared with others may be suspended or permanently blocked without refund. We reserve the right to enforce this to protect the integrity of the platform and the educators’ content.
4. Digital Products & Access
All products sold on The Home of Bridal are digital tutorials and educational content:
• Video tutorials are streaming-only and cannot be downloaded
• PDF resources can be downloaded for personal or professional use only
• All content, including PDFs, must not be shared, redistributed, or uploaded elsewhere
• Purchased content is accessible via your personal dashboard
• You will have lifetime access to purchased tutorials unless the platform or content is permanently removed
• We reserve the right to remove, update, or replace content at any time
“Lifetime access” refers to content availability on the platform, not the lifetime of the user.
5. Licence & Permitted Use
When you purchase a tutorial or resource, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the content.
You may:
• Use video tutorials and PDFs for your professional education
• Apply techniques learned on paying clients
You may not:
• Share, resell, distribute, or reproduce content or PDFs
• Upload or publish content elsewhere
• Teach or resell the tutorial or PDF itself
• Claim the content as your own
All intellectual property remains the property of the original educator.
6. Educators & Merchant of Record
• The Home of Bridal acts as merchant of record for all sales, responsible for collecting payment and processing applicable taxes
• Educators retain all intellectual property rights in their content
• By purchasing tutorials, users acknowledge that educators grant The Home of Bridal a licence to sell, promote, and distribute the content
7. Pricing & VAT

For UK users, prices include VAT, which will be shown at checkout and on invoices

Users outside the UK are responsible for any applicable local taxes, including VAT, GST, or other sales taxes

8. Payments & Checkout
Payment must be made in full before access is granted. We may offer third-party payment providers such as Klarna. Use of these services is subject to their own terms.
You agree that:

9. Platform Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee the platform will always be available. We are not liable for:

• Maintenance downtime
• Technical issues
• Internet connectivity problems

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Home of Bridal regarding the use of the platform. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
