Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our tutorials, all purchases provide instant access. Once a tutorial or PDF is purchased and access is granted, refunds are generally not available.

Eligible exceptions for consideration include:
• Technical issues on The Home of Bridal platform preventing access to purchased content
• Duplicate purchases of the same tutorial or resource

PDFs:
• Refunds for PDFs are not available once the file has been downloaded.
• If a PDF has not been downloaded within 14 days of purchase, a refund request may be considered at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for problems caused by:
• Poor internet connection
• Device issues
• User error or inability to access content

Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase (except in cases of platform technical failure). Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Evidence: Users must provide sufficient details, such as screenshots or error messages, demonstrating the technical issue on our platform.

Approval: Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. All requests will be considered in conjunction with the original educator and at the discretion of The Home of Bridal.

Alternative solutions: In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer an alternative tutorial, PDF, or store credit, at our discretion.

Lifetime access: Lifetime access refers to content availability on our platform. Content updates or removals do not entitle users to a refund, except in cases of technical failure on the platform preventing access.
